[On the morning of his birthday, Rohan will hear a loud KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK at the front door of his castle, followed by a loud scurrying as a pair of big old bunny feet beat a quick retreat to the cover of the woods so he can watch. When the door opens, Rohan will find a small package wrapped carefully but shoddily in brown paper, with a green ribbon tied around it. Inside is a note, and a tiny box containing a necklace. It's clearly not store-bought; the chain is delicate and silver, and at the end of it is a hand-carved pendant. In ebony wood, Eddie's carved a rabbit with a snake wrapped around it. Not threateningly, not aiming to kill, but lovingly. The wood's been polished and stained so it catches the light beautifully, nestled in its little box. The note attached says:]
Rohan,
I'm not great at gifts, but I figured the least I could do was make something by hand instead of buying you some useless shit that nobody needs. You don't have to wear it if you don't want, but if you did, it'd make me pretty fucking happy. Happy birthday.
