We've both been here a really long time, Rohan.
What if we don't run a place ourselves

Anyway, I was originally thinking we could try to take care of it.
The last time I'd checked, it was a human running everything, so they wouldn't be connected to us in quite the same way...

So I wouldn't want to get in his way.

But I'd already gotten my hopes up a little, I think.
Music, dancers, and pretty people all over...
It makes me blush to think about all that being mine!

And then, I realized something.

I would love to be at the helm of something I could put some of my designs into practice on straight out of the gate. I hope you have the same vision that I do because it's spectacular.

Rohan, what if we made a church?

It's like a break from the norm without actually detaching from it. Have it all in one place and put together but not in the way that mimics the burden of everyday life, right? I've been wanting something like that. Since all I do is work and go home nowadays.

A break in the monotony. Like not being a chore--

A church?

Why hadn't we thought of that before? It's perfect.

It can be our vision in Her image!

I know! I'm really proud of it, too.
I don't think we need to make something... formal, I guess.
Everyone in Dyster is too good at what they do for us to even match up!
But what we *can* do is have fun.

And what both of us can do even better than that is run a place.
So that's what I was thinking!
We figure out some place to get a Church of Fog set up,
And we get as many people as we can celebrating in her name.
Nonstop, start to finish, praise for being alive.

Honestly, the Typhon probably could take some lessons!

We just need to find a place to put it and come up with a catchy name and

[ Rohan has already sent everyone off to bed or to their nighttime activities, receding into his room to get ready for bed. Changing for bed-- for him --is changing into one of his fluttery robes and sitting in front of the vanity to take off his makeup.

Lips are black again, his face is too pale from lack of priming, his eyes sport their black, capillary-busted circles, and his eyebrows are nonexistent again.

Ibuki's presence is ANNOUNCED to his chagrin and he is caught staring in abject horror at the reflection of his door bursting open in the mirror. ]

MIODA. [ uh oh surname. ] Can you not??

[ Without thinking about it, he turns around on his tail and hisses. She might be able to note that he looks about ten years older in the face from all of his stress-related blemishes... Most of which he had before he even showed up here. ]

And blinks again. And she tilts her head, snout crinkling a bit in amusement as her tails wags to match - though, that might just be her natural reaction to seeing Rohan.]

Ibuki's met a couple kids that... are from her own world, actually! They're Super Elementary School Levels, like how Ibuki is a Super High School Level.
But they're all up with the Fog God, like you. And after talking with Nagisa-chan, Ibuki has... um.
A lot of questions.

Like, does she really just want everyone to live how they wanna live? And, is she really turning us into monsters 'cause she thinks we're better off this way?
And, and - do you think she brings some of us here to "save" us? Like -

Hearing him say that, though, gets the biggest, toothiest grin out of her, all three tails wagging out of sync.
So, Fog Mom - which is what Ibuki will most certainly call her in her own thoughts - is the type to support, huh? And listen to her, too...]
